The youth consultant roles will work with organisations to ensure their ways of working align with the expectations and needs of young people.
The youth consultants will be involved in running workshops, to get an idea of what the workplace looks like for young people by exploring challenges and barriers. The role holder will also be involved in gathering youth voice in open consultation events, which will connect young people and employers.
The youth consultants will then use the information gathered from the workshops to explore the recruitment, on-boarding, induction and support policy and practices of selected organisations.
The youth consultants will use the information they gather from young people and employers to help develop and inform resources for employers to access.
