We are looking for an experienced youth worker, or someone with substantial experience of working directly with young people, to join ACE (KPCP’s Alternative Curriculum Project).
You will need to be able to build positive, trusting relationships with young people while providing appropriate support, structure and boundaries.
Experience of supporting young people who face challenges or barriers to mainstream education would be particularly valuable. If you are committed to helping young people recognise their strengths, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle are essential.
