We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic practitioner to lead on delivery and management of the new Heeley City Farm Out of School Club. This role will include leading the club, in an exciting outdoor setting, with opportunities to engage children in animal care, forest schools, bushcraft and other similar provision. This role will also include ensuring the provision is OFSTED compliant as well as line managing staff, creating rotas, liaising with schools and other partners, as well as marketing and advertising the club.
Lead the day-to-day operational management of Heeley City Farm’s Out of School Provision, ensuring high-quality, nurturing, and Ofsted-compliant practice.
Plan, deliver and oversee creative, stimulating and developmentally appropriate outdoor play and learning opportunities for children across Early Years, primary and early secondary age ranges.
Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication, smooth transitions, and high levels of family engagement.
