Share is seeking an experienced Associate Clinical Supervisor to deliver group supervision to
our volunteer therapists. You will lead three supervision groups on Wednesdays and provide
guidance to supervisees. The role includes administrative tasks, monthly line management
meetings, quarterly supervisor meetings, and on-call support for safeguarding concerns when the Clinical Manager is on annual leave.
What We’re Looking For
– Qualified Psychotherapist, with a qualification in Clinical Supervision
– Considerable post-qualification clinical experience
– Proven experience delivering group supervision
– Experience of supporting supervisees’ reflective practice and professional growth.
– Strong knowledge of safeguarding, ethical frameworks, and risk management
