We’re excited to be recruiting a Director of People to join our supportive Senior Leadership Team at Project 6.
At Project 6, we deliver exceptional support for individuals affected by drug and alcohol use across Keighley, Bradford, Doncaster, and Sheffield.

You will lead the development of a gold-standard wellbeing strategy, recognising the mental, emotional, and physical health of the talented individuals who make our services exceptional.

This is a part-time role, working three days per week, based at one of our offices in Keighley, Sheffield or Doncaster. We offer flexibility in how hours are worked and support hybrid working.
You should have:
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and good practice in the field of
employee relations - Experience of using Organisational Development principles to develop
and maintain a value-led culture - Demonstrable experience leading TUPE, MSR and disciplinary
processes - Experience of working at Board Level
- Experience in managing various systems and working with others
leaders to ensure systems and processes are utilised in an accurate
and timely manner - Experience of improving diversity and Inclusion in a comparable organisation
- CIPD level 7 or significant equivalent senior experience
- Of developing and deploying a modern fit-for-purpose people policy
framework
