This is Us Coordinator
Full-time: 37 hours per week
Salary: £29,225.56 to SP 14 – £30,399.20 (dependent on experience & qualifications)
2 year contract
KEY TERMS & CONDITIONS

PURPOSE OF JOB
The Project Co-ordinator will be the lead worker and named point of contact for This is Us between all parties on the This is Us Board (South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, NHS bodies (e.g. Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and Mental Health Trust) Sheffield City Council, VCSE Leaders, Primary Care Network and community based delivery organisations, ensuring the strands of work agreed by the programme board meet their objectives. They are expected to have a good overview of the This is Us programme and the delivery requirements for each project strand.
The role will include:
- Taking a lead role in the sustainability and legacy planning of the project,
- Act as the conduit between the ICB, the partners on the TiU board and the delivery organisations.
- Foster and facilitate a partnership network for the delivery organisations in order to promote partnership working and peer support. Including organising face to face meet ups for the delivery organisations
- Work with local VCF partners/initiatives to promote the project, and encourage partnership working across the NE and between VCSE providers and Statutory Health Services
